In this 35-minute breathwork practice, we’ll use the breath as an anchor to return to the body and the present moment. Through gentle, guided techniques, you’ll learn how to steady the mind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner sense of safety. We’ll close with a grounding meditation, leaving you feeling calm, embodied, and supported.

You will have access to the class for an entire month to practise at your own leisure.
