In this 35-minute fully guided breathwork practice, we’ll focus on grounding deeply through the pelvis—the body’s natural foundation. With each breath, you’ll be invited to settle into your base, release stored tension, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and safety. This practice closes with a grounding meditation, leaving you feeling rooted, balanced, and supported from the ground up.
You will have access to the class for an entire month to practise at your own leisure.
