Slow Flow is for those who are carrying a lot — in their minds, in their schedules, in their bodies — and want to move in a way that actually supports their life, not just add more to the list.

This isn’t about pushing, it’s about softening into what’s already here.

Held outdoors amongst the gums and river breeze, this class weaves gentle, breath-led movement with spacious pauses designed to bring your nervous system back into balance — so you can remember what ease feels like in your own body and mind.

What to expect

We begin with grounding — connecting to the land beneath you, orienting to the natural space around you, and arriving in your breath.

We then move through a series of slow, steady flow sequences that blend repetition with stillness, allowing your body to:

  • transition with ease
  • build fluid strength
  • unwind habitual tension
  • feel your way into embodied presence.

We close with guided breathwork and supported rest — integrating both movement and stillness in service of your capacity.

There’s no rush. No need to “nail” the poses.

Just an invitation to let movement feel like medicine again.

This class is for you if:

  • you feel mentally “fast” but want to move slower
  • you crave a practice that nurtures rather than drains
  • you want to build strength without dysregulation
  • you want to move with your body instead of against it
  • you’re rebuilding trust in your energy after burnout

  • sync breath with gentle flow to calm the mind
  • feel movement from the inside out
