Slow Flow is for those who are carrying a lot — in their minds, in their schedules, in their bodies — and want to move in a way that actually supports their life, not just add more to the list.

This isn’t about pushing, it’s about softening into what’s already here.

Held outdoors amongst the gums and river breeze, this class weaves gentle, breath-led movement with spacious pauses designed to bring your nervous system back into balance — so you can remember what ease feels like in your own body and mind.

What to expect

We begin with grounding — connecting to the land beneath you, orienting to the natural space around you, and arriving in your breath.

We then move through a series of slow, steady flow sequences that blend repetition with stillness, allowing your body to:

  • transition with ease
  • build fluid strength
  • unwind habitual tension
  • feel your way into embodied presence.

We close with guided breathwork and supported rest — integrating both movement and stillness in service of your capacity.

There’s no rush. No need to “nail” the poses.

Just an invitation to let movement feel like medicine again.

When ‘success’ feels empty

You’ve spent years holding it all together — the job, the relationships, the expectations. You look capable, but behind the scenes your nervous system tells a different story. You wake up wired, carry tension you can’t explain, and feel like you’re constantly running on coffee and adrenaline.

If you’ve been told you’re “too sensitive” or “too much,” you’ve likely learned to shrink your natural power to fit into a world that doesn’t know what to do with sensitivity. It’s not your sensitivity that’s the problem — it’s the disconnection from it. Spinal Energetics helps you reclaim it as the strength it truly is.

What is Spinal Energetics?

Spinal Energetics is a somatic and energetic modality that works directly with your body’s innate intelligence — not your mind’s stories.

Through subtle energetic contact (in person) or guided attunement (online), your nervous system begins to release the deeply held tension and protective patterns that have kept you in survival mode for too long.

This isn’t trendy or feel good “healing” — it’s nervous system repatterning through deep presence.

In-person sessions

You’ll rest on the treatment table while Georgie assesses your physical tension pattterns and works with gentle energetic contact points along your spine.


As the session unfolds, the stress, suppression, and control your system has carried begin to unravel.

Your body remembers what your mind has avoided — not to relive it, but to finally integrate it.

Online sessions (virtual in Australia only)

You’ll be guided to lie or sit comfortably in a quiet space while Georgie works directly with your energetic field through presence, observation, subtle direction and sound.


Even without touch, your body responds — tension softens, energy begins to flow, and your system reorganises itself toward coherence.

All you need is a quiet space, stable internet, and willingness to meet yourself fully. (Headphones recommended.)

This isn’t for those seeking a one-off energy “experience” or quick “release”. This is also not for those looking to “try” this as the next modality on the list of endless energy work. This work requires emotional readiness, commitment and a willingness to take responsibility for your own process.

Investment

Initial Repatterning Series (3-session pack) new clients: $390 — 60 minutes (in-person) / 45 minutes (online)

This is a full nervous system repatterning process. Refunds are not available once the session pack has begun. It is recommended sessions are booked consecutively 1-2 weeks apart.

Follow-Up Sessions: $130 — for continued integration and recalibration.

Sessions are held in Swan Hill, VIC, or online (Australia only).

About Georgie

Hi, I’m Georgie — a somatic and energetic practitioner who spent years living in her head before learning to trust the wisdom of her body.

I know what it’s like to look “successful” on the outside while quietly burning out underneath. My own experience is ongoing, imperfect, and human — and I don’t stand above my clients in some “healed” state, instead I walk alongside them.

My work is rooted in nervous-system regulation, somatic presence, and embodied agency. I support women to reconnect with their own intelligence, rebuild capacity, and move through life reconnecting to their self-sovereignty.

My approach is intersectional, trauma-informed, and grounded in the understanding that we don’t heal in isolation from the systems we live within. This space isn’t about perfection, it’s an invitation to return to yourself, one sensation at a time.

A practice for busy minds to return the body

This is not about performance.
It’s about presence — and rebuilding your capacity from the inside out.

Hatha Yoga is a slow, nervous-system-led class designed for women with fast minds and full lives who want to reconnect with a body that can actually support what they’re holding.

Instead of rushing through sequences or trying to “keep up,” this practice creates space to actually feel:

  • each breath
  • each posture
  • each signal from your system.

Because your body already knows what you need — you just haven’t been given time to listen.

What to expect

We start with grounding and orienting ourselves to the space to establish presence.

From there, we move slowly through foundational postures with:

  • time to explore sensation
  • space to respond to what’s showing up
  • awareness of subtle shifts in energy and alignment
  • guidance to support nervous system downshifting

We end with guided breath techniques and a body scan — so your body can integrate what it’s just moved through.

There is no pressure to perform. No expectation to rush. No need to “be flexible.”
Just an invitation to explore presence, create steadiness, and become acquainted with your own intelligence that is ever alive within your nervous system.
