I’m a somatic and energetic practitioner. My work is rooted in nervous-system regulation, somatic presence, and embodied agency. I guide you back to your body’s innate intelligence — not as an authority who fixes you, but as someone who walks alongside as you learn to move through life connecting to a deeper sense of self-sovereignty and ease.
I also recognise that we all live within systems that shape us — and that some bodies and identities are disproportionately impacted. My approach is intersectional, trauma-informed, and grounded in the understanding that wellness doesn’t happen in isolation from the world we move through. I don't shy away from acknowledging the harm that arises when modern wellness culture views individuals in isolation from the context of their lived experience.
This space isn’t about performing or becoming some "perfect” version of yourself. It’s an invitation to return — gently, honestly and openly — to what has always been within you, one sensation at a time.
